Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of IT equipment for NATO AComex meteorological data exchange devices.
2. The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ and the other tender documentation, which will be postedon the website of the proceedings https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog.
3. The contracting authority provides for the right of options in the said proceedings. The optional value of the contract is a maximum value, and its non -realization (in whole or in part) cannot be the basis for the contractorpursuing any claims in this respect. The use of the option by the Ordering Party will be launched by sending an appropriate notification to the contractor, no later than by 29.08.2025. (Details of exercising the right of the option are described in the contract template, which constitutesAnnex 6 to SWZ).
