Description:
1.The subject of the order is "Supply of IT equipment - framework agreement" 2. The agreement concluded as a result of the proceedings in question will be a framework agreement within the meaning of Art. 311 PZP, and its conclusion does not create any obligation on the part of the Ordering Party purchase, and on the part of the Contractor, a claim for the award of an order for the supply of equipment or software specified in the offer forms for individual parts constituting Annexes No. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6) SWZ and No. 3 to the concluded contract framework. 3. Orders will be awarded successively, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party or its financial resources. 4. The subject of the order for the purpose of concluding a framework agreement is: delivery of office computers (lot no. 1)/ high-performance computers (lot No. 2) / portable computers (lot No. 3) / printing devices (lot No. 4) / monitors (lot No. 5) / software (lot No. 6) hereinafter referred to as "hardware" / "software", in accordance with the description of the subject of the order - for individual parts - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 5. The draft framework agreement (Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, common to all parts) contains in particular the rules for awarding executive orders whose subject matter is covered by the framework agreement as well as the financing conditions, expected changes to the contract 6.
