- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of IT equipment as part of the "Digital Commune" project.
2. The scope of the order includes the delivery of:
1) 234 computer sets (unit and monitor) with the operating system and peripherals (keyboard and mouse),
2) 76 laptop computers (laptop) with software, mouse and bag,
3) 3 multifunctional printing devices A3,
4) 1 access server for remote work
3. This procedure has been divided into 4 parts.
4. The Contractor is obliged to provide a bid bond:
a) for Part I in the amount of: PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand zlotys 00/100),
b) for Part II in the amount of: PLN 5,000.00 (say: five thousand zlotys 00/100).
5. Order procedure: open tender - pursuant to Art. 132 of the Pzp.
