- 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly and configuration of IT equipment and tool software enabling the implementation of new public e-services in the Municipality of Komorniki in the area of local fees and communication with residents, as well as making available to residents and entrepreneurs public, also in the area of cyber security.
2. The contractor is obliged to provide the following IT equipment:
1) backup device -1
2) backup software - 4
3) servers for the needs of the domain system - 2
4) server operating system - 4,
5) System access license operational - 1
6) access license from the outside to the operating system - 1
7) virtualization software -1
8) disk matrix - 1
9) Rack wardrobe - 1
10) UPS power supply - 1
3. The contractor's tasks also include configuration of the server and preparing the necessary documentation in the field of documentation post -imaginable containing a description of the configured options of the implemented server environment, as well as training a maximum of 3 employees of the contracting authority in the field of service of supplied hardware and software.
4. During the implementation of the task, follow the principle "Do not do serious damage (DNSH) within the meaning of art. 17 of Regulation (EU) No 2020/852 (regulation on taxonomy), in particular
