Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of IT equipment, software and server room equipment as well as conducting training in the field of digital competences for the Zamojska Library in Zamość.
2. The scope of the order includes:
1) implementation of a library system and software for e-services,
2) purchase of ICT equipment,
3) purchase of training in improving digital competences and cybersecurity.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the description of the subject of the order (hereinafter - OPZ), constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ, projects for the installation of book dispensers, constituting Annex No. 12 to the SWZ, technical designs of air-conditioning installations in the server rooms, constituting Annex No. 13 to the SWZ, executive designs for the installation of a burglary and attack alarm system and the installation of an access control system, constituting Annex No. 14 to the SWZ, and in draft contract, constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
4. The Contractor is obliged to deliver equipment that is brand new, unused and not exhibited at exhibitions or fairs, technically efficient, free from legal and physical defects, safe, complete and ready for use. work covered by the subject of the contract - in accordance with OPZ.
5. The order also includes the Contractor granting a warranty and providing warranty service, granting a software license and providing documentation of the delivered equipment - in accordance with the OPZ.
