Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of IT hardware, software and server room equipment, as well as conducting training in the field of competence digital for the Zamość Library in Zamość.
2. The scope of the order includes:
1) implementation of the library system and software for e-services,
2) purchase of ICT equipment,
3) Purchase of training in raising digital competences and cyber security.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was included in the description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter - OPZ), constituting Annex 11 to SWZ, assembly projects of books, constituting Annex 12 to SWZ, technical projects of air conditioning installations in server rooms, constituting Annex 13 to SWZ, Executive projects of the burglary and assault system installations, and installation of the access control system, constituting Annex 14 to SWZ and in draft contract, constituting Annex 10 to SWZ.
4. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the equipment of the factory new, unused and unpaid at exhibitions or trade fair events, technically functional, free from legal and physical defects, safe, complete and ready for work, covered by the subject of the contract - in accordance with OPZ.
5. The order also includes the contractor's guarantee and providing the warranty service, granting a license for software and providing documentation of the supplied equipment - in accordance with OPZ.
