Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of IT infrastructure for the Commune of Komin Wielkopolski.2. The contractor is obliged to provide the following IT equipment: 1) Laptop computer I - 8 pcs. 2) Laptop computer II - 2 pcs. 3) Authentication, authorization and access control system 1 3 pcs. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.4. The delivered IT equipment must be: a) brand new, i.e. unused, complete, not refurbished, not from advertising exhibitions before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to test its proper operation, free from physical and legal defects, free from defects and damages and not encumbered with the rights of third parties, as well as purchased in the official distribution channel of the manufacturer; b) delivered to the Ordering Party in the original packaging of the equipment manufacturer (in the event of a need for repair warranty period, the equipment will not have to be delivered in the packaging in which it was delivered to the Ordering Party);c) equipped with user documentation in Polish;d) marked with the CE mark, has a CE certificate or a CE declaration of conformity.5.
