1. The subject of the contract is the provision and implementation of the Contractor to the Ministry Justice and universal courts of IT solutions including the functionality of the system for verification, management and improvement of the effectiveness of used security systems. The implementation will include the launch of the system and the configuration in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party to the extent necessary for the correct operation of this system.

make a transfer of knowledge for people indicated by the ministry Justice,
grant or ensure all licenses together with production support (provided on the manufacturer's standard conditions) for a period of 36 months required for proper operation of the system as a whole and its individual elements,
transfer to the ministry Justice author's property rights for documentation developed by the Contractor under the contract,
grant the system provided under the contract, including the software warranty, for the period from the date of signing the system implementation protocol throughout the period for which Licensed licenses required for the proper operation of the system and provide warranty services during this period in the scope of the implemented system, as part of the remuneration resulting from the contract,
