- 1. Delivery of an IT solution including the functionality of a vulnerability scanner for common courts along with accompanying services.
delivery, launch and implementation of the Vulnerability Scanning System Recipient and Entity infrastructure for at least 9595 hosts on various operating systems;
development of Documentation,
2.3. performing on-the-job training in accordance with OPZ requirements,
2.4. granting or ensuring the granting of any licenses along with producer support (granted on the manufacturer's standard terms and conditions) for a period of 36 months required for the proper operation of the offered solution, as a whole and its individual elements,
2.5. transfer of the copyrights to the Documentation developed by the Contractor under the Agreement to the Recipient,
2.6.granting Warranty and Technical Support for the solution provided under the Agreement,
The recipient, which is the Court of Appeal in WrocΕaw, will provide the infrastructure necessary to run virtual machines for the purposes of implementing the solution. All activities related to implementation and launch The software will be developed by the Contractor under the supervision of the Recipient.
The installation and updating of the System by the Contractor will take place at the headquarters of the Recipient and the Units, i.e. in 10 locations of the Courts of Appeal.
