DELIVERY OF IT SYSTEMS as part of the investment called "Modernization and retrofitting of the emergency department and WSPSA laboratories in Tarnowskie Gory through reconstruction, modernization works and purchase of medical and non-medical equipment"
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of IT systems in themach of a special-purpose subsidy received from the Minister of Health.
2. The order is carried out on the basis of: AGREEMENT No. DOI/FM/SMPL/52/MDSOR/2023/2138/327 of November 24, 2023. for granting a targeted subsidy to finance the implementation of the investment entitled "Modernization and retrofitting of the emergency department and laboratories at the WSPSA in Tarnowsin the mountains through reconstruction, modernization works and purchase of medical and non-medical equipment."
3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The part (package) consists of:
Package No. 1 System for connecting medical equipment for ongoing analysis of the patient's condition and consultation;
Package No. 2 Sdocument digitization and storage system - signing consents on a tablet;
Package No. 3 - Patient identification system and access to rooms;
Package No. 4 - Automation system for dispensing medications to patients;
Package No. 5 - Delivery of computer equipment
Package No. 1: System device connectionmedical nature for ongoing analysis of the patient's condition and consultation
Description: Delivery of the system, in accordance with the detailed description included in Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ.
