- The subject of the order is the supply of an ITSM class system with the necessary licenses and its implementation and providing technical support of the manufacturer along with the possibility of auditing IT infrastructure and inventory.
The subject of the contract includes:
1) delivery of the system with the required licenses;
2) system implementation;
3) developing and providing the as -built documentation of the implemented system;
4) conducting three technical training after the system implementation;
5) ensuring technical support;
6) ensuring the possibility of auditing IT infrastructure and inventory;
7) granting warranty on the implemented system.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract, taking into account the qualitative requirements relating to at least the main elements that make up the subject of the contract, is specified in Annex 9 to SWZ.
