Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of JET A-1 aviation fuel with delivery to the Wrocław Airport in 2024.
1. JET A-1 fuel - quality in accordance with the ASTM D 1655 or AFQRJOS (Aviation Fuel Quality Requirements For Jointly Operating Systems) standard. or equivalent*.
2. Delivery is continuousand will be carried out 7 days a week, including holidays and holidays.
3. Deliveries will be made with the frequency necessary to maintain a daily stock of 384 m3 (12 deliveries per day), not less than 32 m3 at a time.
4. For each batch of delivered fuel, the contractor will provide:on the day of delivery, certificate - quality certificate according to ASTM D 1655 or AFQRJOS standards (or equivalent*).
5. The trade margin for the delivered product, specified in Polish zlotys, will be constant throughout the delivery period (unless there are circumstances of changing the contract stipulated in the SWZ ).
6. Changes are allowedmanufacturer's unit prices resulting from the economic situation on the fuel market.
7.The reference fuel density for converting quotation values from metric tons to m3 is 0.800.
8.Fuel trade carried out as a result of concluding a public procurement contract concluded with the selected Contractor will be carried outand on the basis of the OPC license held by the Ordering Party - the execution of the order must allow for trade based on this license. The Ordering Party does not have a license to trade fuels abroad.
