Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 5,000 disposable sets for collecting platelet concentrates and 30 sets for collecting peripheral blood stem cells, together with the lease of four (4) cell separators for the offered setsthe needs of the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Center in Białystok.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR. Other terms and conditions regarding the execution of the order are set out in the Draft provisions of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 9 toSWZ.
