Description:
The Ordering Party invites you to submit the operation for the supply of knives. An offer form, description of the subject of the contract, draft ordering order and general terms of the order for deliveries can be found in the Annex tab. The offer should be placed in the mediation of the Company's purchasing platform, only from your own Profile registered on the purchasing platform by switching on a form in the Annex tab. It is recognized that a person posting the company's purchasing company all documents, applications, notifications and prophets is authorized by the Contractor and acts on his behalf. All Requiring signatures of people representing the contractor must be argued: - in electronic form - a scan (with visible signatures of people representing the contractor) or - in an electronic formed form with a qualified electronic signature. Documents must be a minimum of 150 dpi (enabling the reading of the content contained in the document). The removal allows the possibility of granting the contractor, which will submit the most advantageous offer in the purchase mode based on the basis of § 7 para. 2 points 6) Regulations of R-PZP-02 providing water supply and sewage by municipal enterprise in the Capital City of Warsaw S.A. Orders not covered by the obligation to apply the Orded Correcting Law - Edition 01 (published on the website www.mpwik.com.pl.)
