Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of KR1/SP1 class protective vests for members of the Emergency Medical Services in the Bielsko Emergency Medical Service in quantities of 104 sets. (KR1/SP1 vest - 1 piece, set of protective inserts 1 set) with the parameters and requirements specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.2. Vests will be brand new, free from defects and intended for use in accordance with their intended purpose.3. The Ordering Party requires the provision of KR1/SP1 class protective vests for EMS members, meeting the requirements of the PN-V-87000:2011 and NIJ Std 0115.00 standards or equivalent, designed to protect the user against knife and skewer impacts. with energy up to 24 J.4. The contractor may submit only one offer. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Before initiating the procedure, the ordering party will analyze the appropriateness of dividing the subject of the contract into parts. In the Ordering Party's opinion, dividing this order into parts is pointless. Scope of the order justifies awarding the contract to one Contractor.
