• 1) Subject of the fall are the successive supply of lightweight oak oil for heating the building of the Social Assistance House in Parchań, Parchan 9, 88-110 Inowrocaw 2, species L-1 in the Polish standard PN-C-96024: 2020-12 for heating purposes for the planned quantity up to 26,000 2) CPV code: 09135100-5OPA OIL. 3) OPA OIL MUST have the following parameters: a) it is worth a burn not less than 42.6 MJ/kg; b) Gsto at 15 c max. 860 kg/m3; c) Construction temperature min. 56 c; d) kinematic visce in 20 C not 6.00 mm2/s; e) Fractional where to 250 C distils max. 65% (V/V), up to 350 C distils min.85% (V/V); f) Temperature dustic max. 20 c; g) remained after coking (with 10% of the distillation remain) max. 0.3% (m/m); h) remained after baking max. 0.01 % (m/m); i) sulfur was concluded no more than 0.1 % (m/m); j) water was concluded no more than 200 mg/kg; k) contaminated, not more than 24 mg/kg; l)Red color.
