- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of a laboratory centrifuge with accessories, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the Faculty of Oceanography and Geography of the University of Gdańsk.
2. The order includes:
1) delivery and commissioning of equipment,
2) training of at least 5 employees of the Ordering Party in the field of service equipment. The contractor is obliged to conduct the training no later than the date referred to in Chapter IV of the SWZ.
3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 38500000-0 (control and testing equipment).
4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in the Subject Description orders - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.

6. The Ordering Party requires a warranty for the subject of the order for a period of 24 months. Warranty details are included in § 7 of the draft agreement - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
