Description:
1. The subject of this order is the supply of laboratory devices for the National Oncology Institute of Maria Skłodowska-Curie-National Research Institute of the Branch in Gliwice.
2. The subject of the contract is divided into 8 separate tasks.
3. Description of the subject of the contract and conditions The implementation of the order is included in the following attachments (respectively for a given task):
1) technical parameters and price specifications-Annexes 2.1-2.8 to SWZ,
2) the planned provisions of the contract, which will be entered into the content of the contract-Annexes No. 5.1-5.3 to SWZ.
Ordering informs that the order must comply with the DNSH principle ("do not do serious damage"; English "to no significant harvest") which is a principle regarding non -management or failure to conduct a business, which causes significant damage (serious damage, has a significant negative impact for any) for any For environmental goals such as:
1) alleviating climate change,
2) adaptation to climate change,
3) Sustainable use and protection of water and sea resources,
4) a closed circulation economy,
5) preventing pollution and its control,
6) protection and reconstruction of biodiversity and ecosystems.
