Description: 1. Delivery of laboratory devices for the Ordering Party.
The Ordering Party divided the subject of the order on 7 packages:
Package No. 1 - Water bath - 1 pc.
Package No. 2 - Vortex shaker - 1 pc.
Package No. 3 - Warmor - 1 pc.
Package No. 4 - Magnetic stirrer - 1 pc.
Package No. 5 - centrifuge - 1 pc.
Package No. 6 - water demineralizer - 1 pc.
Package No. 7 - Spectrophotometer - 1 pc.
2. The order of the procurement should be made on the basis of assumptions set out in the assortment and price specification constituting Annexes 2 to SWZ and in the technical specification constituting Annexes No 3.1-3.7 to SWZ.
3. The contractor is obliged to implement the order on the terms and conditions described in the Agreement of the Agreement covering the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the content of that contract (Annex 5 to SWZ).
