Description: 1) The subject of the order is the delivery of the laboratory equipment specified in Annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "the hardware". The equipment offered must be factory and unused, derived from ongoing production (production year - no earlier than 2020), have relevant certificates and approvals allowing sales and use equipment in the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is obliged to provide a free warranty service of the equipment.
2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase of equipment along with their delivery to the Ordering Party, unloading, bringing to a place indicated by the Ordering Party.
3) a detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to the SWZ
4) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers in accordance with the following division:
a) part A - probe to measure soil humidity;
b) Part B - electrical distiller;
