Description:
1. The subject of the order is the execution, delivery, carrying and assembly of laboratory furniture constituting the equipment of the premises of the Eco-innovation Center of the Gdańsk University of Technology.
2. The contractor is also obliged to connect and program the control of fume cupboards, which areof the subject of the contract, training of the Employer's employees in the use of devices and software dedicated to fume cupboards under the conditions set out in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (technical description of the furniturei, list of laboratory rooms, furniture layout and drawings) as well as the quantitative scope was specified in the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No. 11 to the ToR.
4. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract for at least: 24 months, lfrom the date of signing the delivery and acceptance report without comments.
