- The subject of the contract is a successive delivery to the headquarters of the ordering laboratory materials for scientific and research purposes (hereinafter: the subject of the contract, laboratory materials, materials or products), divided into the following parts, for which the possibility of submitting a partial offer was allowed:
Hi No. 1 - sarstedt laboratory materials or equivalent,
Part 2 - Starlab laboratory materials or equivalent.
The purchase applies to the manufacturer's materials indicated in the name of this part (Sarstedt) or equivalent to them.
The list of materials to offer is found in SWZ (in the appropriate part Annex No. 2.1_ Assortment and price setting). The names and amounts of laboratory materials indicated in these forms were determined on the basis of an analysis of orders awarded and settled over the 12 months preceding the initiation of proceedings, determined on the basis of databases own institute. The description of the order can be found in SWZ (in point 4.1) and is binding for this part. Requirements for the method of order processing are included in SWZ (including in the contract template).

The contracting authority does not allow submitting variant offers.
