Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of laboratory planetary extruder for food and pharmaceutical applications (1 set), hereinafter referred to as: "Subject of the order".
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract/statement required technical parameters
"Innovative products based on substances of natural origin for use in the prevention of selected civilization diseases" financed by the European Union from the funds of the National Plan of Rebuilding and Increasing Resistance Component D Efficiency, availability and quality of the healthcare system, which is part of the investment D3.1.1, comprehensive development of research in the field of medical sciences and health sciences.
4. The contractor is obliged to implement Order on the principles and conditions described in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
5. GDPR (information obligation and obligation to apply): information on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on free flow Such data is determined by Chapter XXIII SWZ.
