Description:
1.1. The subject of the order is:
Task No. 1 - delivery of reagents in the form of cassettes, controls and consumables needed to perform 69,300 determinations of critical parameters, along with the lease of analyzers.
Task No. 2 delivery of laboratory reagents and consumables to detect immune system disorders, including: monoclonal gammatopathies, kidney function disorders and other immune system deficiencies, along with the lease of the analyzer.
Task No. 3 - delivery of a multi-parameter allergy diagnostic test (in vitro) with simultaneous measurement of total IgE for 320 patients along with the rental of a reader with the necessary software.
Task No. 4 - delivery of microbiological media and broths for microbial cultivation.
Task No. 5 delivery of reagents for serological diagnosis of syphilis.
Task No. 6 - rental of an air purity testing device.
Task No. 7 lease of a microplate reader, washer and heating block.
The subject of the order is Task No. 1 - delivery of reagents in the form of cassettes, controls and consumables needed to perform 69,300 determinations of critical parameters, along with the lease of analyzers.
Specifications assortment, quantity and price of the subject of the order, the required technical and operational parameters are specified in Annex No. 2/1 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the offer.
