- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of laboratory reagents and diagnostic tests for the needs of the plant-the laboratory diagnosis of the UK-2 PUM Immunology Laboratory in Szczecin.
2. The phrase "products" will be used for the rest of SWZ - you should understand useful products and materials indicated in Annex 2 (FCJ) to SWZ.
3. The description of the subject of the contract was included in the unit price form (annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter also called "FCJ") and should be submitted with the offer form (Annex 1 to SWZ, hereinafter also called "FO").
4. The user requires the offer of products medical - within the meaning of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2016.1620, as amended), the use of the Polish Return and use on the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations (does not apply to materials used in task 2, which were marked in Annex 2 FCj).
