- 1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a laboratory walker - 1 piece. 2) The scope of the order includes: purchase of equipment along with its delivery, transport, unloading and bringing it to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service; 3) Detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ; 4) Order completion date: up to 4 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract. 5) Delivery address: Institute of Chemistry of the University of Silesia, ul. Szkolna 9, 40-006 Katowice.6) Required minimum warranty period: 12 months.7) Detailed terms of order fulfillment and payment terms are included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
