- 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a laboratory steam mini -plate to the Koszalin University of Technology to the extent specified in the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ) and the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the technical requirements contains Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. The application requires the Contractor providing information in the price form enabling the Employer to identify the offered subject of the order: manufacturer, type/model of the device. In the absence of data to be indicated to the Employer, identification offered the subject of the contract, the offer will be rejected on the basis of art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
4. The applicant does not divide the order into parts. The contracting authority did not divide the order into parts due to the purchase of one piece of device. The subject of the contract is an indivisible whole. The subject of the contract is adapted to the implementation by small and medium entities.
5. The Contractor is obliged to deliver, install, launch a new device, which is the subject of this procedure at his own expense, in the place indicated by the Ordering Party and provide instruction with it service.
