4.1. The subject of the order is the supply of laptops/notebooks, tablets, e-books, network devices, disks for the University of Lodz.
4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Assortment and Price Sheet constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
4.3. The delivery includes factory equipmentnot new and not used
Part 1
4.1.The subject of the order is the supply of laptops/notebooks, tablets, e-books, network devices, disks for the University of Lodz.
4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Assortment and Price Sheet constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
4.3.The delivery includes brand new and unused equipment.
4.4. The term "delivery" means the delivery of devices required by the Ordering Party at its own expense and risk.
4.5. The subject of the order has been divided into 5 parts. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. ThereforeThe contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all parts of the subject of the order specified in the Product and Price Sheet constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. However, the Ordering Party does not allow dividing the order into a single part, which will be treated as zsubmitting an incomplete offer and will result in rejection of the offer for a given item.
4.6. Submitting an offer for the subject of the order that does not meet all the parameters or has parameters worse than those specified in Annex 1 will result in rejection of the offer.
