Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of lead-acid starter batteries in the years 2024-2027, in the quantities and range specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - price form and meeting the requirements described in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Operational and technical requirements.zip (Appendix4A WET, Annex No. 4B - Description of the subject of the order).
2.Conditions of the order execution are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Designed provisions of the contract.
3.A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Operational and technical requirements.zip (Appendix 4A - WET, appendixconnector no. 4B - Description of the subject of the order).
4.The subject of the order must be brand new (unused, not refurbished), come from production in the year of delivery and be delivered in grade I.
5. In accordance with the provisions of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, the Contractor's quality management system must be:compliant with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015.
8. The requirements contained in AQAP 2131 edition C, version 1.
9 apply to the implementation of the order in question. The implementation of the order in question is supervised by the District Military Representation in accordance with the provisions of the draft provisions of the contract.
10.The subject of the order is subject to barcode marking in accordance with the requirements of Decision No. 3/MON of the Minister of National Defense of January 3, 2014. on guidelines specifying requirements for barcode marking of products delivered to the Ministry of National Defense.
