- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of lead and start -up batteries to wheeled vehicles and combat vehicles divided into 11 parts (tasks).
2. The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ and the other tender documentation,which will be posted on the website of the conducted proceedings https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog.
3. The contracting authority provides for the right of options in the said proceedings. The Contractor is not entitled to a claim for the implementation of optional deliveries.
