Description:
1. The subject of the order is the production and successive delivery of vehicle registration plates made in accordance with the requirements specified in: a) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction of November 8, 2024. regarding the registration and marking of vehicles and requirements for license plates (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1709, as amended) b) Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of August 2, 2018 on the conditions of production and method of distribution of license plates and signs legalization (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1885)c) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the conditions of production and method of distribution of professional license plates and legalization marks and the procedure for legalization of professional plates registration plates of March 12, 2019, (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 547). d) The plates that are the subject of the order and their delivery must meet the requirements contained in the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) e) Standard or technical specifications referred to in the Act of August 30, 2002 on the conformity assessment system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215, as amended) on confirmed certificates...
