Description:
1. The subject of the order is the production and subsequent delivery of license plates.2. Estimated number of plates: 1) single-row and double-row car license plates: 10,000 pieces; 2) motorcycle license plates: 900 pieces; 3) moped plates: 20 pieces; 4) license plate inserts and additional plates for the trunk: 250 pieces.3. NOTE: The amounts indicated in point 2 are estimates. The Ordering Party guarantees the purchase of 60% of the boards mentioned above. Failure by the Ordering Party to purchase the remaining 40% of the value of the subject of the order cannot constitute grounds for claims for damages due to the Contractor's side for failure to fulfill the terms of the order.4. The subject of the order also includes the collection of plates withdrawn from use from the District Office in Przasnysz and the disposal of these boards.
