Description:
1. The subject of the contract is:
The subject of the basic contract is the supply of software with licenses for the purposes of expansion operated by the Employer of a private cloud together with the contractor providing technical support for the software within 60 months from the day providing software with licenses.
As part of the optional order:
1) Software delivery with licenses for the purposes of expansion operated by the Ordering Party of the private cloud as part of the option together with the contractor providing technical support for the software in period 60 months from the date of delivery of the software with licenses;
2) providing as part of the option of the possibility for the Employer to use the expert hours, in the place of installation of the software or remotely, in number up to 800 man -hours.

The ordering party pursuant to art. 139 of the PZP Act provides for an inverted order of assessment of offers, i.e. first he will examine and evaluate the offers, and then make the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest assessed, in the absence of basics of exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
