Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of a license/subscription for the existing SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) system based on the "Splunk Enterprise" and "Splunk Enterprise Security" architecture, along with the manufacturer's service and technical support.
1.1.As part of implementation subject of the order, it is necessary to perform the following activities and for the Contractor to:
Delivery of licenses/subscriptions to the Ordering Party's account for the existing "SIEM" software, together with manufacturer's support, counted from the date of launch, in the infrastructure the ordering party in the traditional model (on-prem);
Access to software updates and patches published by the manufacturer, access to manufacturer's technical support at the Standard level;
Consultation service and work aimed at solution development and support Ordering Party, solving problems with incorrect operation of the system if necessary.
The terms and conditions of the order are included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ - Important provisions of the contract.
