Description:
1. The subject of this order is the successive deliveries of light fuel oil to the buildings in 2026: 1) Narewka Commune Office2) Kajakowa Station in Narewka3) Municipal Health Center in Narewka4) Ecological Education Center in Siemianwka2. Detailed description orders specify: 1) OPZ - which constitutes an annex to SWZ2) Drafted essential provisions of the contract (IPU) - which constitutes an annex to SWZ3. Moreover, as part of the execution of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to take into account the following requirements: 1) The delivered light fuel oil must meet the requirements contained in: PN-C96024: 2020-12 Petroleum products fuel oils or equivalent; 2) The Contractor undertakes to ensure the delivery, transport and unloading of light fuel oil in places indicated by the Ordering Party in the Municipality Narewka. 3) Heating oil will be delivered by road tanker trucks in the quantity and place indicated by the Ordering Party (in the Narewka Commune). 4) When pricing the oil supply in order to determine the offer price, the contractor will take into account all related costs with the implementation of the subject of the order.4.
