Description:
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of light fuel oil in an estimated amount of 75,500 liters to Primary Schools and Kindergartens, for which the managing body is the Mrocza Commune. Estimated amounts of light fuel oil supplies broken down by individual educational institutions: a) Primary School. Polish Army in Mrocza: 50,000 liters, b) Primary School. Adama Mickiewicza in Witosawie: 13,000 liters, c) Municipal Kindergarten in Mrocza: 12,500 liters. Deliveries will be made depending on the needs of the above-mentioned directors. schools/kindergartens. The amount of fuel oil presented is an estimate and may be reduced. or an increase in relation to the size of the entire order due to current needs. Any changes in the quantity may depend in particular on the weather conditions prevailing during the heating season during the period of the contract or the exclusion of the facility from operation (e.g. renovation, limitation of activities places). Due to the limitation of the subject matter of the contract by the Ordering Party, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party.
