Description:
3.1 The subject of the order is the successive purchase and delivery of light fuel oil for the building of the Primary School. Jana Pawa II in Witow Kolonia 47 in an estimated amount of 30,000 liters. Delivery address: Witw-Kolonia 47.3.2 The subject of the order includes loading and transport to the destination, i.e. tanks at individual facilities and oil unloading. Oil deliveries will be made successively in stages, on dates, quantities and places indicated by the Ordering Party's authorized persons. Deliveries of fuel oil will be made at a reference temperature of 15 degrees C. In the event of a failure resulting from the delivery of fuel oil that is contaminated or does not meet the parameters specified below, the contractor shall bear all costs related to their removal.3.3 The Ordering Party declares that it will use a minimum of 60% of the total order, which does not result in any changes to the contract.
