Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of light fuel oil for the needs of the facilities of the Kobylnica Commune and its units: 1) facilities managed by the Kobylnica Commune, 2) facilities used by the Center for Culture and Promotion in Kobylnica, 3) the Primary School in Kwakow, 4) the Primary School in Koczewie, 5) Primary School in Sycewice, 6) Primary School in Sonowice. A detailed list of facilities is attached as Annex No. 6 to SWZ.2. The material scope of the implementation of the subject of the order includes successive deliveries of oil to the Ordering Party's facilities, in an estimated total amount of 198,000.00 liters, including transport. and refueling tanks located in the facilities of the units indicated in section 1, at the expense and risk of the Contractor.3. The indicated number of liters of oil is an estimate and may change at the stage of order execution depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party or weather conditions. Additionally possible is to make quantitative transfers of oil in relation to the quantities indicated in Annex 6 to the SWZ between payers, without changing the total maximum remuneration of the Contractor.4.
