Description:
1) The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of light fuel oil for heating the building of the Social Welfare Home in Parchanie, Parchanie 9, 88-110 Inowrocaw 2, grade L-1 according to the Polish Standard PN-C-96024:2020-12, intended for heating purposes in the planned quantities up to 26,000 liters. Successive deliveries of light fuel oil L-1 will take place in the first half of 2026.2) CPV code: 09135100-5 fuel oil.3) Fuel oil must have the following parameters: a) calorific value not less than 42.6 MJ/kg; b) density at 15 C max. 860 kg/m3;c) ignition temperature min. 56 C; d) kinematic viscosity at 20 C not higher than 6.00 mm2/s; e) fractional composition distills up to 250 C max. 65% (V/V), up to 350 C distills min. 85% (V/V);f) pouring temperature max. 20 C;g) remaining after coking (with 10% residue distillation) max. 0.3% (m/m);h) remaining after incineration max. 0.01% (m/m);i) sulfur content not more than 0.1% (m/m);j) water content not more than 200 mg/kg;k) solid impurities content not more than 24 mg/kg;l) red color.4) The subject of the order includes loading, transport to the destination and pumping fuel oil.
