Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of light fuel oil, hereinafter referred to as fuel oil, for the needs of the School and Kindergarten Complex in Dwarzuty, the Community Self-Help Home in Dwarzuty and the commune of Dwarzuty, within 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, in estimated amount 126,400 l (126.4 m3). 2. Light fuel oil should meet the PN-C-96024:2011 standard for the L1 grade and have the following parameters: calorific value not less than 42.6MJ/kg; density at 15o C not higher than 860 kg/m3; ignition temperature not less than 56o C, pouring temperature not higher than 21o C; sulfur content up to 0.2% m/m; kinetic viscosity at 20o C not higher than 6.00 mm2/s; water content up to 0.05%; sediment content up to 0.05%; red color. 3.The actual number of deliveries made will depend on the needs of the Ordering Party, and the specified quantity cannot - in the event of smaller or larger needs - constitute the basis for claims from the Contractor. The amount of heating oil in the contractual period cannot be determined precisely because it depends on meteorological conditions, independent of the Ordering Party.
