Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of light fuel oil (which the Supplier will provide in a road tanker with a verified measuring system with temperature compensation) in the amount of 42,500.00 liters to the registered office of the Ordering Party, i.e. the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 1 in Kdzierzyn-Kol, ul. Jana Brzechwy 80, 47-230 Kdzierzyn-Kole. 2. Parameters of the supplied light fuel oil: 1) Calorific value not lower than 42.6 Mj/kg; 2) Density at a temperature of 150C not higher than 0.86 g/cm3, 3) Ignition temperature not lower than 56 0C; 4) Pour point not higher than (-240C);5) Kinematic viscosity at a temperature of 200C not bigger than 6mm2 /s;6) Fractional composition: - up to a temperature of 2500C not more than 65% (v/v) is distilled; - up to a temperature of 3500C not less than 85% (v/v) is distilled;7) The residue after coking in 10% of the residue in 10% of the distillation residue is not more than 0.3% (m/m);8) The residue remaining ash 0.01% (m/m);9) Sulfur content not more than 0.10% (m/m);10) Water content not more than 200 mg/kg;11) Total impurity content not more than 24 mg/kg;12) Red color.
