- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of 60,000 liters of light fuel oil in 2026 to the boiler room located in the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 17 in Gliwice, including the school and kindergarten. Both boiler rooms are located in the building of the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 17, 44-164 Gliwice, ul. Pocka 16.2. Light fuel oil should meet the following requirements and meet the quality requirements of the Polish Standards PN-C-96024:2020-12. Each delivery of light fuel oil should be confirmed by a quality certificate or other equivalent document, issued by the manufacturer no later than on the date of delivery and delivered no later than the date of delivery of the invoice. The parameters of the delivered oil must comply with the quality certificate and the applicable standards and requirements for boiler rooms fired with liquid fuel.3. If there are any doubts as to the quality of the fuel oil, the Ordering Party will order it execution is tested in an authorized laboratory.
