The subject of the order is the supply of approximately 70,000 liters of heating diesel oil divided into parts, approximately 16,000 liters per delivery, meeting the requirements of the Polish Standard PN-C-96024:2011 (CPV 09135110-8) with an energy value above 42.6 MJ/kg, sulfur content not more than 0.1% and density less than 0.86 kg/l at a reference temperature of 150 C, ignition temperature not less than 56, red color, water content max. 200 mg/kg, solid impurities content max. 24 mg/kg, incineration residues 0.01% (m/m), the Ordering Party reserves the right to increase or reduce the size of the subject of the order due to to weather conditions.2. The basis for the compliance of the delivered heating diesel oil is the indication of a properly sealed and legalized counter in the Supplier's tank truck and a certificate of the quality of the delivered fuel.3. The transfer of heating diesel oil takes place on a commission: a) on the part of Supplier - a tanker driver, b) on the Recipient's side - a DPS employee accepting fuel, 4.
