- The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, light rescue and firefighting car. The subject of the contract should meet the following requirements:
-confess to all the features specified in the specification of the terms of the contract;
-to be brand new and in accordance with applicable regulations and standards applicable to rescue and fire-fighting cars for TSO units,
-to meet the current certificate of admission to use in fire protection in Poland issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007 in about the list of products to ensure public safety or health and life protection, as well as the rules for issuing these products to use.
