Description:
The sectoral contract is conducted in an open tender procedure on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the PZP Act. The subject of the contract was divided intotasks. The type and number of tasks is specified in detail in the offer form, which is Annex 2 to SWZ. The offer with attachments and eat, under pain of nullity, is prepared in electronic form and is presented with a qualified electronic signature.
