12 Descriptionthe subject of the contract and detailed requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 4 to SWZ-operational and technical requirements (WET).
4. Type (assortment) and the amount of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - price form.
5. Conditions for the implementation of the orderSpecified in Annex 3 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract.
6. The contractor will provide a guarantee for the terms specified in § 5 of the planned provisions of the contract for the period indicated in the submitted offer.
