Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of lighting sets ZO-2 and Zo-4.
2. The order is divided into 2 tasks.
3. The terms of the order processing are specified in the order documents (Annex 3 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU).
4. The subject of the contract must meetRequirements described in Annexes No. 4A and 4B to SWZ-description of the subject of the contract-operational and technical requirements and Annex 4C-changes in the provisions of operational and technical requirements for the supply of lighting sets ZO-2 and Zo-4.Also, the required warranty period was specified in a clear manner, in the technical documentation for the serial production of the product approved by the Director of the Defense Policy Department of the Ministry of Defense by decision No. 460/ZDW/2010. The documentation in question is the property of the Treasury and is availableat the Armament Agency. A copy of the documentation is found at the contracting authority.
The contractor may obtain it after submitting a statement, the template of which is Annex 6 to SWZ. Each of the potential contractors should make
