2. The 1st set/set includes: remote control, tablet and 10 liftsmeeting the requirements specified in Annex 4 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract and Annex 5 to SWZ - operational and technical requirements (WET).
3. Type (assortment) and the amount of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - price form.
4. Implementation conditionsOrders were specified in Annex 3DO SWZ - planned provisions of the contract.
5. The subject of the contract was described in Annex 4 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
6. Detailed requirements for the subject of the contract are included in Annex 5 to SWZ - operational and technical requirements(Wet).
7. The Contractor's Quality Management System must comply with PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015.
8. Before the delivery of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will conduct training users/operators under the terms specified in the contract documents.
9. The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the right of options onconditions specified in the order documents.
10. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Employer, the Employer demands that the Contractor together with the offer submit the subjective measures specified in SWZ.
11. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond.
