Description:
1. The subject of the procedure is the award of a public contract for the delivery of 1 pcs of a light operating car for KW PSP in Olsztyn. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the attachments to SWZ, i.e. in Annex 1 "Description of the subject of the order", containing minimum requirements Technical and utility for the subject of the order and Annex 2 "Contract template", determining the detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract.
2. The subject of the contract is to be factory new, unused, technically efficient, secure, in line with applicable standards and quality standards, complete And ready to use, and must also meet the minimum technical, functional and quality requirements specified in Annex 1 to SWZ. Year of production: not earlier than 2024.
3. When calculating the price for the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to take into account all costs related to execution of the order in accordance with the SWZ, including its attachments containing the description of the subject of the contract, until the contracting authority is received by the contracting authority without any reservations.
4. Provided by the contracting authority in the description of the subject of the contract, possible names (trademarks), standards, Technical assessments and specifications are sample, and their indication is aimed at determining the expected standard, while the contracting authority allows the submission of equivalent offers pursuant to art. 101 para. 4, 5, 6 of the Public Procurement Law in connection with art. 99 of the PZP Act.
