Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a light operating car with equipment for KP PSP in Węgrow in accordance with the requirements of Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract with the right of an option of an additional one light operating car.
The Employer as part of the Option Law provides for use from the delivery of 1 light operating car with equipment. The Employer will exercise the right of options by the latest until 28.10.2025. The exercise of the right option depends on the following circumstances:
a) obtaining savings in the awarded order,
b) obtaining additional funds financial,
c) an emergency, unpredictable need for retrofitting.
The subject of the contract should meet the following requirements:
a) correspond to all the features specified in the specification of the terms of the contract.
b) to be new and in line with applicable standards.
c) have a set of documentation technical and anxiety.
